Sales Representative - Outbound Sales

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Sales Representative to join our Cape Town team and drive outbound sales for US‑based businesses. You will engage directly with business owners, uncover funding needs, and build a robust pipeline in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–200+ outbound calls daily to US prospects.
• Engage decision‑makers, qualify opportunities and identify funding needs.
• Position Fundwell’s financing solutions and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
• Follow up diligently to convert leads into customers.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in outbound, telesales or B2B sales (not a customer‑service role).
• Strong spoken English with clear, confident communication.
• Eligible to work in South Africa and able to work on‑site.
• Willingness to work US hours (approximately 2 PM–12 AM local time).
• Experience handling high call volumes and rejection is a plus.
• Fintech, business‑funding or financial‑services sales experience is a plus.
