Sales Representative – New Business Hunter

About the role

Daisy Business Solutions is seeking a high‑performing Sales Representative to drive new‑business growth in the Johannesburg region. The role is focused on hunting, qualifying and closing B2B opportunities across office automation, IT and telecom solutions, with the autonomy to manage your own territory and pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business through canvassing, networking and prospecting, primarily in Johannesburg with national flexibility.
• Build and maintain a pipeline at a minimum of three times monthly target coverage.
• Conduct professional client meetings and present tailored office‑automation solutions.
• Prepare competitive proposals, negotiate terms and close deals with speed and commercial conviction.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement and implementation hand‑over.
• Maintain strict CRM discipline – track, follow up and protect every opportunity.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly gross‑profit and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with a strong new‑business track record (3‑5 years).
• Background in office automation, managed print services, IT services or telecoms (preferred).
• Strong commercial acumen with gross‑profit awareness and value‑based negotiation skills.
• Matric minimum, own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
• Based in or able to commute to Bryanston, Johannesburg.
