Sales Representative

About the role

Objective Personnel is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business and grow revenue for industrial tools across Tshwane and surrounding regions. The role involves direct interaction with customers, managing relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to generate business.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, end‑users and resellers.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets in Tshwane, Polokwane, Brits, Rustenburg and nearby areas.
• Prepare call reports, deliver products when required, and handle customer inquiries.
• Report non‑conforming products, service issues and customer complaints to management.
• Provide feedback on product performance, deliveries and service quality.

Required profile

• Matric / Senior Certificate.
• Minimum five years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial tool market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliable and committed.
• Valid driver’s licence and residence in the Tshwane area preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

What we offer

• Base salary of R4,000 per month plus commission.
• Guaranteed earnings of R25,000 per month for the first six months.
