The role involves planning and executing all sales activities, traveling to client sites, driving sales, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a customer database for the assigned area.
• Generate sales from existing accounts and acquire new customers through proactive outreach.
• Anticipate market and client trends to adapt sales strategies.
• Become an expert on product offerings and provide accurate information to clients.
• Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly administrative reports to keep records up‑to‑date.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales budgets and targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support the sales process.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required profile

• Matric qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field (advantageous).
• 2‑4 years of experience as a sales representative, preferably in external field sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships and delivering sales results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, well‑presented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
