Sales Representative (Exports)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and goal‑driven Sales Representative (Exports) to join our team and manage the sales of electrical products for export markets. The role focuses on expanding the international customer base, developing new business relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new export opportunities in targeted international markets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Promote and sell electrical products such as wiring, switches, cables, circuit breakers, and transformers to overseas businesses.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international customers.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and stay updated on trade regulations.
• Provide technical support, resolve customer issues, and follow up post‑sale.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and ensure accurate export documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and product standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or export sales, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector.
• Experience with international markets and export regulations.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in Microsoft Word.
• Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint.
