Sales Representative: Emerging Markets

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Representative focused on emerging markets to join our team in Vryburg. The role is centred on increasing sales and visibility of Clover and Principal product ranges within small retail outlets and informal trade channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners and managers of small retailers and informal traders.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand product reach in underserved areas.
• Ensure consistent product availability, proper merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor sales performance, report on market trends, and provide feedback to the regional sales manager.
• Represent the company at local trade events and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within FMCG or retail distribution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work independently.
