About the role

Ambition 24Hours is a leading nursing and healthcare staffing agency that connects top‑tier professionals with facilities in need. We are seeking a driven, relationship‑focused Consultative Staffing Consultant to act as the bridge between healthcare organisations and our network of skilled nursing talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and develop new business relationships with hospitals, clinics, care homes and other healthcare facilities.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments, present tailored staffing solutions and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, outreach and referrals.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and manage client accounts in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative business development, preferably within healthcare staffing or recruitment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
