Sales Operations Analyst Graduate – EMEA

About the role

Join Mimecast's EMEA Sales Operations team as a Graduate Analyst and become the first point of contact for the entire EMEA sales organisation. You will manage ticket queues, maintain pipeline hygiene, support forecasting and annual planning, and gain hands‑on experience with the core mechanics of a modern go‑to‑market function.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Zendesk ticket queue, providing first‑line support for territory, account, and reporting queries.
• Monitor closed deals for quota attribution errors and coordinate corrections with Finance and Sales Ops leadership.
• Conduct weekly pipeline hygiene checks across all territories, generating exception reports for sales managers.
• Maintain and build Salesforce (SFDC) dashboards and ad‑hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy for leadership.
• Assist with weekly sales reporting, forecast meetings, and the EMEA annual planning process.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks and meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Comfortable working with sales teams and handling ad‑hoc requests.
