Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Oude Werf and Stellenbosch hotels. The role bridges the properties with head‑office, ensuring that sales opportunities, marketing initiatives and guest insights are communicated and acted upon.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, engage with guests, clients and media, and capture photography and short‑form video content.
• Identify and propose opportunities that enhance the guest experience and drive sales & marketing activity.
• Attend local networking events, monitor competitor activity and share market insights.
• Coordinate communication between hotel operations and head‑office sales & marketing teams.
• Provide structured on‑property insights and content for social media, campaigns and broader marketing efforts.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality sales, marketing, reservations, events or social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Confidence conducting site inspections and interacting with guests and clients.
• Genuine interest in hospitality, food, wine and guest experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
