Sales Manager

About the role

Durpro HR Solutions is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead its sales team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for boosting branch sales performance, expanding the customer base, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and support a team of sales representatives.
• Drive sales performance and achieve branch sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Conduct sales reporting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client retention.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales management role (2‑5 years).
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the stationery or retail industry is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable car for travel.
• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate; a degree is a plus.
