Sales Manager – Hospitality Networking Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving new business growth within the hospitality sector, focusing on networking solutions such as IP Networks, High‑Speed Internet Access, IPTV and Casting, while also developing the existing customer base. This proactive, client‑facing role involves identifying and securing new customers, managing a strong sales pipeline, and building long‑term relationships with hospitality decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire new hospitality customers for networking solutions.
• Build and execute a structured sales development plan and manage a robust pipeline.
• Present solutions and lead discussions on‑site and remotely, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tenders, lead contract negotiations and close deals.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery and commercial teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.
• Monitor competitor activity, gather customer feedback and represent the business at industry events.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Experience selling networking or technology solutions to hospitality operators.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both virtual and in‑person.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high‑performing team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Odoo).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
