Sales Executive

About the role

Anyvan is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join its Cape Town team and support UK customers. You will work with warm leads, turning interest into confirmed moves while representing a fast‑growing online logistics marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Engage UK customers who have already expressed a need for moving services (warm leads only).
• Build trust, upsell appropriate solutions and close sales with confidence.
• Manage your own pipeline as if it were a personal business.
• Collaborate with your manager to continuously improve performance.
• Provide insights and feedback that help shape Anyvan’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Demonstrated outbound sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• High energy, resilience and a hunger for success.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Positive mindset and persistence when faced with challenges.
• Attention to detail and fast learning ability.
• Comfortable working in a busy, supportive sales environment.

Required skills

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Competitive monthly salary of ZAR 15,000–25,000 (DOE).
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of ZAR 250,000+ per year.
