Sales Executive – Corporate

About the role

The Sales Executive – Corporate will drive new business opportunities and manage existing corporate accounts for Pullman Cape Town City Centre. Working closely with the sales and operations teams, you will ensure the hotel meets its revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an allocated portfolio of corporate accounts, maintaining and developing relationships to grow revenue.
• Identify and target new business opportunities across transient corporate, business groups, MICE, and film/production segments.
• Prepare and update account development plans in the ANAIS system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Achieve monthly performance targets, including appointments, calls, and revenue goals.
• Lead the RFP process, ensuring timely rate loading and proposal submission.
• Renegotiate and renew annual corporate contracts.
• Recommend participation in industry associations, sales trips, and trade shows to support budget achievement.
• Support in‑house marketing activities, fam‑trips, client hospitality events, and presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate sales within the hospitality sector.
• Strong account management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ANAIS account management system.
• Familiarity with RFP processes and rate loading procedures.
