Sales Executive – B2B & B2C

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive both business‑to‑business and business‑to‑consumer sales for our premium shutters and blinds brand in Cape Town. Whether your background is in residential or commercial sales, you will play a key part in expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Provide professional product advice and solution recommendations.
• Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements where required.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, installation and customer support teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–10 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling to building, construction, interior design, home improvement, architectural or manufacturing sectors (advantageous).
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial mindset with excellent customer service focus.
• Self‑motivated, organised and target‑driven.
• Technical aptitude and attention to detail.
