Sales Director – Cloud & Security

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Sales Director to lead its Cloud & Security go‑to‑market effort. In this senior leadership position you will guide a team of senior sales managers, shape regional sales strategy and ensure consistent execution across the assigned geography.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Executive and decision‑makers to develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with global and regional objectives.
• Define market approach, set ambitious targets and drive a high‑performance sales culture.
• Provide input on sales policies, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, create execution plans and report team performance to senior forums.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to design and roll out go‑to‑market programs.
• Bridge gaps between buyer expectations and current sales, engagement and integration models.
• Coordinate sales activities across the geography to ensure a consistent client approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, quota‑bearing sales teams in a technology environment.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth through strategic sales planning.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
