Sales Development Representative – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its remote team in South Africa. You will be the first point of contact for prospective B2B clients, sparking conversations that lead to qualified meetings and new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to potential marketing leaders and decision‑makers.
• Initiate meaningful conversations, present INFUSE’s value proposition, and schedule qualified discovery calls.
• Achieve weekly and monthly meeting‑booking targets while continuously improving outreach techniques.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and refine messaging.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and ambition to grow quickly in a sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilience and a positive attitude toward rejection.
• Team‑player mindset with a focus on over‑achieving targets.
• Any prior sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
