Sales Development Representative - Healthcare

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including healthcare providers and health-tech firms. You will be placed directly with a client as an in-house team member, not outsourced. This is a full-time, fully remote Sales Development Representative role focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation and pipeline development in the healthcare sector, engaging clinic owners, healthcare administrators and operations leaders to book qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email and LinkedIn outreach
• Identify and research healthcare organisations, clinics and providers
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations and needs analysis
• Book meetings and demos for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve targeting and messaging
• Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting booking KPIs

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in SDR, BDR or outbound sales roles
• Strong cold calling and lead generation experience
• Experience in healthcare, health-tech or B2B services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and position solutions effectively
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
• Nice to have: experience selling to clinics, hospitals or healthcare providers; familiarity with healthcare workflows or compliance; tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo
