Sales Development Representative – Email Outreach (Remote)

About the role

Trialfacts is looking for an experienced outbound email specialist to own and execute the cold‑email strategy that connects academic researchers and commercial sponsors with clinical trial opportunities. This fully remote position focuses exclusively on personalized 1‑to‑1 email outreach, measuring success by replies and booked calls rather than volume.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write, and manage the entire cold‑email channel, including contact research, copy creation, sequencing, and reply handling.
• Route qualified leads to the sales closers and ensure smooth hand‑off of booked calls.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, drafting, and personalization of outreach.
• Collaborate with the development team that builds list‑scraping infrastructure, allowing you to focus on research and writing.
• Participate in quarterly growth conversations, competency assessments, and individual development planning.

Required profile

• Several years of experience managing outbound email campaigns.
• Strong writing ability with a focus on hyper‑personalized, research‑driven outreach.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working without a fixed schedule or time tracker.
• Enthusiastic about using AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
