Sales Coordinator

About the role

United Exports is looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join its Sales Enablement team in Paarl. The role supports sales operations, data management, order processing and support to sales teams across several international territories.

Key responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers with opportunity and sales order processing, monitor order fulfilment and liaise with Logistics and Operations on timelines and delays
• Create and process sales orders with Sales Managers, Directors and Account Managers, and handle process relocations
• Maintain accurate sales transaction records, generate and process Return Authorisations, support claims and credit processes, and coordinate invoicing and credit management with Finance
• Manage customer onboarding, Terms & Conditions compliance, CRM and ERP records, and capture and manage leads and customer databases
• Provide ad hoc support to customers, prepare sales reports with territory insights, support audits and annual SOP updates
• Support sales across Europe, Middle East/Asia, South America, Australia, the United States and Mexico

Required profile

• BCom degree or diploma in Marketing, Logistics, International Trade or a related commercial qualification
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, commercial administration or a related role
• Understanding of commercial finance processes and professional email communication
• Analytical, well organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently

• NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Customer data management and reporting
