Sales Consultant (RE5 and FAIS)

About the role

The Sales Consultant will convert leads supplied by bond origination teams into insurance sales. You will conduct client calls, generate quotes, and deliver exceptional service while meeting individual sales targets and adhering to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients using provided leads and present tailored insurance solutions.
• Generate accurate quotes and follow up to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Record all interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and KPIs in a high‑volume environment.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to meet overall sales objectives.
• Ensure all activities comply with FSCA, FAIS and internal policies.

Required profile

• Matric certificate with RE5 qualification and FAIS compliance (e.g., NQF5 Wealth Management).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.

• Base salary of R12,000 per month plus commission.
