Sales Consultant – Luxury Tile & Bathroom Retail

About the role

Our client, a prestigious luxury tile and bathroom showroom in Nelspruit, is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Retail Sales Consultant. You will work in a premium showroom environment, providing expert advice and creating an outstanding shopping experience for customers who want to bring their dream homes to life.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Assist customers with product selection, design ideas and visualisation.
• Interpret building plans and calculate product quantities for quotations.
• Act as a liaison to convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain showroom displays, ensuring the space remains neat and inviting.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Proven customer‑service experience.
• Experience in building, construction, hardware, interior design or related industries is advantageous.
• Flair for design and ability to visualise customer ideas.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven retail environment.
