Sales Consultant – Kramerville

About the role

Hertex Fabrics, a leading supplier of high‑quality fabrics, rugs, wallpaper and homeware, is looking for a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its Kramerville showroom in Johannesburg. The role will focus on servicing existing clients in the Eastrand area and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by visiting customers according to a defined contact plan and promoting merchandise.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, providing excellent after‑sales service.

Required profile

• National Senior Certificate; a certificate or diploma in sales or marketing is advantageous.
• Minimum two years of sales experience in a retail or wholesale environment, preferably with exposure to interior design.
• Computer literate and possess a reliable personal vehicle.
• Assertive, decisive, able to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
