About the role
Join our team at Sterns as a Sales Associate, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales across our jewellery and accessories range.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the brand and provide an amazing customer experience.
- Identify and deliver the best possible solutions to exceed customer expectations.
- Track sales performance against targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for customers.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
- Passionate about people, target‑driven and experience‑focused.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and pay high attention to detail.
