About the role
Join The FIX Brand Trading as a Sales Associate in Worcester, working 120 hours per month to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and provide amazing customer experiences.
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying and offering the best possible solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
- Seek out new sales opportunities.
- Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers at all times.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Passionate about people and target‑driven.
Required skills
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High level of attention to detail.
