About the role

Totalsports at Table Bay Mall is looking for a Sales Associate (120 hours). The role is about being an ambassador for the brand and delivering an excellent customer experience while selling a diverse product range.

Key responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the brand and provide an excellent customer experience
• Identify and give customers the best possible solutions, exceeding their expectations
• Keep track of sales performance against targets
• Sell a diverse product range and stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends
• Look for new sales opportunities
• Help replenish stock so the store is always ready for customers

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Passion for people is a must; target-driven and experience-focused
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently, take initiative and pay close attention to detail
• Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act
