Sales Associate (120hr) - Sportscene

About the role

TFG Sports is recruiting a Sales Associate for its Sportscene store in George, Western Cape. The role suits energetic, confident team members with a strong selling instinct who enjoy creating a positive atmosphere around the brand and products and delighting customers with a keen sense of style.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Exceed customer expectations by identifying and offering the best possible solutions.
• Keep track of sales performance against targets.
• Sell a diverse product range and stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
• Look for new sales opportunities.
• Help replenish stock so the store is always ready for customers.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passionate about people, target-driven and experience-focused.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently, take initiative and pay close attention to detail.
• Builds customer loyalty and handles customer challenges.
• Adheres to standards, plans and organises work, and makes timely decisions.
