About the role

As a Sales Associate at Totalsports you will be the face of the brand, delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will help customers find the best solutions, meet sales targets and keep the store ready for shoppers at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and provide exceptional customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Track personal sales performance against set targets.
• Sell a diverse range of sports and lifestyle products while staying current with décor and fashion trends.
• Seek out new sales opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always well‑presented.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Passionate about people and able to build customer loyalty.
• Target‑driven with a focus on achieving results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑moving environment and work independently.
• High attention to detail and initiative.
