About the role

TFG Home is looking for a high-energy, confident Sales Associate for its @home brand at Paarl Mall on a 2-month contract covering 120 hours. The role suits people who enjoy transforming living spaces, from kitchenware to bedroom essentials, and who want to deliver a warm, welcoming customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand, creating a welcoming environment where every customer feels valued.
• Sell a diverse range of stylish products and help customers find the right items for their homes.
• Track your own performance and take opportunities to exceed sales targets.
• Maintain store stock so the shop is always well-stocked and beautifully presented.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Ability to deliver excellent service, handle customer challenges while driving sales, and build rapport with customers.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
