About the role
As a Sales Associate at Foschini in Hartswater you will act as an ambassador for the brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales across a diverse fashion and décor range. You will be responsible for meeting targets, staying current with trends and ensuring the store is always ready for shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
- Identify and deliver the best solutions to exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor personal sales performance against set targets.
- Sell a wide product range while keeping up‑to‑date with fashion and décor trends.
- Seek out new sales opportunities and proactively engage customers.
- Assist with stock replenishment to maintain a well‑presented store.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Passionate about people and customer service.
- Target‑driven with a focus on achieving results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Independent, initiative‑taking with high attention to detail.
