About the role

Join Sportscene at Marone Mall as a Sales Associate on a 120‑hour, three‑month contract. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an energetic and engaging shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions to exceed expectations.
• Track personal sales performance against set targets.
• Stay informed on the latest décor and fashion trends to advise shoppers.
• Seek out new sales opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers.

Required profile

• Completed Grade 12 (Matric) education.
• Passionate about people and customer interaction.
• Target‑driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and detail‑oriented.
