Sales Assistant – Woodlands Boulevard

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Sales Assistant to join our Woodlands Boulevard store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, acknowledge them and provide assistance.
• Know the store layout and direct shoppers to the right products.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and maintain merchandising standards, ensuring every item is correctly priced.
• Receive and check deliveries, verify stock counts and product expiry dates.
• Handle cash at the point of sale and perform cash‑up duties accurately.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Genuine interest in health and wellness products.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
