Sales Assistant – Retail (Cavendish Square)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Sales Assistant to join our team at Cavendish Square. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, smile and acknowledge every customer entering the store.
• Know the store layout and direct customers to the right products.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and maintain merchandising standards, including ticketing all items.
• Receive and check deliveries accurately, perform stock counts and verify product expiry dates.
• Assist at the point of sale, handle cash and perform cash‑up procedures.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Genuine interest in health and wellness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
