About the role
Grodirect is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join its direct sales and marketing team in Rustenburg. The role focuses on face‑to‑face sales using your own leads, while also mentoring new candidates and eventually leading a small sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the business.
- Deliver a professional and courteous customer experience.
- Follow all compliance procedures accurately.
- Train and mentor new sales candidates.
- Develop and manage a personal sales team within 4‑10 months.
Required profile
- Valid South African ID.
- Matric (or NQF Level 4) – non‑negotiable.
- Resides in Pretoria or surrounding areas.
- Outgoing, resilient and highly motivated.
- Bilingual ability is advantageous.
