Sales Assistant / Appointment Setter

About the role

BRBD is a lead generation agency based in Somerset West that helps trades and small businesses grow through marketing. It is looking for an energetic Sales Assistant / Appointment Setter to engage leads, qualify prospects and book high-value meetings for its sales team. The role suits someone who enjoys reaching out to people and turning cold and warm leads into booked calendar appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Contact, qualify and nurture incoming sales leads by phone, email and WhatsApp
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and sales presentations for the sales team
• Manage and maintain lead pipelines in the CRM so follow-ups happen promptly
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting and campaign outreach

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone manner
• Persistent, proactive work ethic and a desire to achieve targets
• Understanding of small businesses and digital lead generation
• Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting or lead qualification is a plus
• Based in or close to Somerset West
