Sales and Appointment Setter (Remote, UK Business Hours)

About the role

D2B is hiring a Sales and Appointment Setter based in South Africa, working remotely and aligned with UK business hours. The role is an outbound cold calling and lead reactivation position that generates qualified business meetings for a UK-based facilities management firm. It turns cold or dormant B2B database contacts into booked sales appointments, and over time covers the pipeline from prospecting to deal closing.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business decision-makers in the UK market
• Reach out systematically to prospects within an existing database
• Promptly follow up on incoming leads and past inquiries
• Re-engage dormant business contacts and previous accounts
• Establish rapport to uncover specific client requirements
• Schedule qualified sales appointments
• Maintain complete and accurate call tracking and client records in the CRM
• Pursue pipeline opportunities across multiple communication channels
• Progress conversations through the pipeline and identify opportunities to close deals and earn performance commissions

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in appointment setting, telesales, SDR, BDM or outbound cold calling
• Experience interacting with business owners and executive decision-makers
• Experience in B2B service sales, commercial cleaning, property maintenance, facilities management or trade services is advantageous
• Ability to work autonomously during UK business hours
