Sales Agent – Telco Upgrades

About the role

Rewardsco is looking for motivated Sales Agents to drive upgrades of mobile and data packages for existing customers. You will work in a high‑performing sales team, using provided training to become a specialist in telecom upgrades. The role is based onsite at our Umhlanga Ridge office.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for package upgrades.
• Engage customers via outbound calls, presenting upgrade options with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes in the company system.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.

Required profile

• At least 6 months recent outbound telesales experience, preferably in mobile or data package upgrades.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals.
• Clear criminal record.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Required skills

• Outbound telesales experience.
• Knowledge of local telecom products and services.
