Sales Agent – Full‑Time

About the role

As a Sales Agent for Old Mutual you will build and maintain your own client base, market and sell a range of financial products, and help improve the financial wellbeing of the community.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire new clients.
• Promote and sell Old Mutual products in line with targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Contribute to the financial wellbeing of the community.
• Achieve sales targets and report performance.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• 6‑12 months sales or retail experience (advantageous but not essential).
• Strong communication and numeracy skills.
• High energy, attention to detail and self‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp for business communication.
• Experience using sales software.
• Basic data analysis and computer literacy.
