Used Vehicle Sales Manager – Polokwane

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the pre‑owned department of a high‑performing automotive dealership in Polokwane. The role combines strategic marketing, team leadership, and customer‑focused sales to grow the used‑vehicle portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote pre‑owned stock.
• Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and drive the team to exceed sales targets.
• Identify new customer segments and business opportunities to expand the portfolio.
• Source, trade, and manage the pre‑owned inventory in line with dealership standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold group service standards.
• Innovate marketing and sales approaches for used vehicles.

Required profile

• National Senior Certificate and a valid driver’s licence.
• At least 5 years of experience in used vehicle sales.
• 2–3 years of management experience within a dealership environment.
• Strong financial literacy and familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
• High level of initiative, integrity, and automation mindset.
