About the role

Redial BPO is hiring Sales Agents for its USA campaign. The role involves making outbound calls, identifying customer needs, and closing sales while meeting performance targets. Candidates must be comfortable working USA business hours and handling objections.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Build rapport and create a positive customer experience.
Handle objections confidently.
Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Accurately capture customer information.
Consistently meet quality and performance standards.

Required profile

Previous tele‑sales, call center or BPO experience.
Matric (Grade 12) education.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Good computer literacy.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
Comfortable handling objections and rejection.
Target‑driven with a competitive mindset.
Persuasive, energetic and resilient.
Customer‑focused while still being results‑oriented.
Excellent English communication.
Available to work USA business hours.
