About the role
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will create an outstanding customer experience by welcoming and guiding shoppers, helping them find products, and representing the brand positively.
Key responsibilities
- Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain a well‑stocked, organized, and inviting sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
- Support opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields.
- Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.
- Thrives in collaborative and dynamic environments.
- Communicative, creative, curious about store technology, with a strong eagerness to learn.
- Flexible and action‑oriented.
