Sales Administrator – Systems & Estimating (Logistics & Warehouse)

About the role

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator – Systems & Estimating to support the Commercial Manager across estimating, quotations, pricing, tenders, commercial systems and reporting. The ideal candidate must have strong costing, pricing, Excel and ERP/CRM experience, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, RFQs, RFIs and tenders.
• Calculate material, labour, transport and overhead costs.
• Support pricing models, rate matrices, margins and profitability.
• Maintain ERP, CRM, pricing and commercial systems.
• Maintain quotation, tender, estimate and order registers.
• Analyse costing and recommend pricing improvements.
• Liaise with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance.
• Prepare commercial and estimating reports and monitor quotation turnaround times.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 and NQF Level 5+ in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in estimating, costing, commercial administration, quotations or pricing, preferably in manufacturing, steel, engineering or fabrication.
• Strong analytical ability, detail‑orientation and ability to meet tight deadlines.

What we offer

• Salary range R35 000 – R45 000 per month, negotiable.
