Sales Account Manager – Warehouse Management Software

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Account Manager to sell our purpose‑built Warehouse Management System (GraniteWMS) to SMBs with complex warehousing needs. The role covers the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing deals and nurturing long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and qualify potential clients in light manufacturing, distribution, logistics, food & beverage and mid‑size retail/e‑commerce segments.
• Conduct discovery calls and site visits to understand client pain points and position GraniteWMS’s flexible, scalable solution.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations highlighting barcoding, real‑time visibility and ERP integrations.
• Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, provide accurate forecasts and regular status reports.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and drive upsell opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitive offerings and relay feedback for product improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in supply chain, ERP or warehouse management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20‑30% for client meetings, conferences or onsite demos.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage 200, Sage 300, Acumatica and SAP Business One.
• Familiarity with GraniteWMS and its integration capabilities.
