About the role
The Salary Accounts Officer ensures that all salary‑related financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards. This position supports the finance team throughout the end‑to‑end salary accounts cycle, helping to maintain the integrity of payroll data and providing reliable financial information for decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile salary‑related general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Process payroll payments to third‑party service providers and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare salary‑related account statements and reports.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in salary accounts, escalating issues when necessary.
