About the role
Join Old Mutual as a Salaried Financial Advisor in the Talent Pool, providing guidance on a range of financial products to clients in Empangeni. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, driving new business and supporting customer retention.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality customer service, process cases and resolve complex inquiries.
- Assess client challenges and propose effective solutions, both technical and professional.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, schedule follow‑ups and develop call plans.
- Prospect and develop relationships with decision‑makers, creating and executing relationship management plans.
- Monitor sales and market data to identify business development opportunities.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent NQF Level 5 certificate.
- Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
- FAIS compliance and clear criminal and credit record.
- Minimum three years of work experience, preferably in sales.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
