About the role
Guardrisk is recruiting a Risk Graduate for a twelve-month development programme in Sandton, aimed at an unemployed graduate interested in risk management within insurance and financial services. Practical experience and mentoring will cover risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting, as well as governance and control processes. Completion does not guarantee permanent employment.

Required profile
- South African citizen
- Currently unemployed
- Aged 18-35
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Auditing, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline
- Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
