Revit BIM Manager – Interior Architecture (Cape Town)

About the role

A well‑established interior architecture and design practice near Somerset West, Cape Town is looking for an experienced Revit BIM Manager to lead BIM workflows across high‑profile projects. This is a full‑time, office‑based position requiring five days a week on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, family libraries and naming conventions.
• Provide advanced Revit support, troubleshooting and training for staff, including SketchUp and Enscape.
• Manage interdisciplinary model coordination, clash detection and use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for collaboration.
• Maintain project information in ACC, upload documentation and generate reports.
• Assist with software administration, updates and licence management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Autodesk Revit Architecture in interior design or architecture.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, standards and project workflows.
• Proven experience coordinating BIM models across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
