Revenue Management Consulting Manager (Project Manager)

About the role

The Manager is accountable for the leadership and end‑to‑end delivery of consulting projects across the Revenue Operations and Recovery Business Units. The role integrates project management, consulting, client relationship management, financial and commercial oversight, risk management, and team leadership to ensure engagements achieve outcomes and deliver sustainable value.

Key responsibilities

• Project planning and delivery, including mobilisation through implementation and close‑out.
• Consulting and client delivery, managing senior client and stakeholder relationships.
• Project financial and commercial management, preparing and monitoring budgets and performance reports.
• People and resource management, leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Business development and client growth, supporting proposals and tenders.
• Risk, governance and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in progressive project management within consulting or professional services.
• Proven experience managing project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Experience managing senior client and stakeholder relationships in complex organisational environments.
