Retail Sales Associate – Woodmead

About the role

Join adidas as a Retail Sales Associate in Woodmead, where you will support daily store operations while delivering the highest level of customer service. You will work closely with the store management team to maintain store standards, assist customers, and help achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent adidas service to every customer and greet them at the store entrance.
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks.
• Assist with product flow from stockroom to sales floor and help set up merchandise displays.
• Secure company assets and stock to minimise shrinkage.
• Maintain store housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Utilise selling techniques such as add‑on sales and technical product explanations to meet sales goals.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• 2–4 years of retail experience.
• High energy level and strong people skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

Required skills

• Point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
