Retail Sales Associate – Skincare Brand

About the role
We are looking for a passionate retailer to represent the world’s #1 skincare brand, Dermalogica, at our Canal Walk store. You will engage customers, drive sales and act as a brand ambassador.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of monthly targets and monitor daily goals.
- Conduct detailed consultations and Face Mapping for each new client, updating records in the POS system.
- Assist customers with product selection and follow up via phone or email after sales and treatments.
- Be available for store activities such as meetings, workshops, inventory, unpacking orders and sales promotions.
- Maintain the treatment area and other workspaces, including stocking shelves, cleaning the skin bar and product pool, and replenishing products.
- Ensure all client records are accurately updated after every visit.
Required profile
- 2–3 years retail experience, preferably in skincare.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for retail with a proven sales track record and confidence engaging with customers.
