About the role

Join adidas as a Retail Sales Associate at the Meadowdale store, where you will deliver the brand’s high‑standard service to every customer while supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of adidas service to each customer.
• Process regular sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks.
• Assist with product ticketing and verify paperwork against received items.
• Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor as needed.
• Secure company assets and stock to prevent shrinkage.
• Help develop merchandise displays following management guidelines.
• Achieve proficiency with the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Apply selling techniques such as add‑on sales and technical product explanations.
• Greet customers, assist them in finding the right product, and occasionally serve as a front‑door greeter during busy periods.
• Maintain general housekeeping standards and ensure policy compliance.
